Big Salad Bowls

Serves 10 to 15 people (Served with home made rolls)

Caesar Salad

Hearts of Romaine lettuce, homemade Caesar dressing, Kalamata olives, croutons, sliced asiago and Parmiggiano-Reggiano cheese 

Roasted Pear Salad

With blue cheese, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, scallions, mixed greens, raspberry vinaigrette 

 Guys Chinese Chicken Salad

Crispy Soya chicken, peanuts, crispy chow mein noodles, crispy rice noodles, shredded Napa cabbage and Iceberg lettuce.  Hoisin dressing and garnished with cilantro and green onions  

Sweet and Sour Spinach Salad

With crispy bacon, marinated mushrooms, roasted almonds, mandarin oranges, avocado,pears, and sweet and sour poppy seed dressing

With tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, roasted eggplant and peppers, red onions, radishes, cucumbers, oregano, mixed greens, lemon vinaigrette

With chopped tomatoes, Danish blue cheese, crisp bacon, walnuts and grapes, lemon vinaigrette
